Full/Part Time Nannies
A nanny is a care provider employed by the family. Each family will determine the salary for the selected nanny depending on his/her experience, duties, skills and hours. Nannies are only responsible for child-related duties. Full time nannies are available to work between 25 to 40 hours a week while part time nannies are available to work from 4 to 24 hours a week. Whether full time or part time, nannies are trained and prepared to strive for the well-being and safety of families.
A live-in nanny stays in employer’s home to comply with her duties. Each family is responsible for providing a comfortable place to live and an appropriate salary for nannies. Live-in nannies provide the same quality care as full time and part time nannies.

A babysitter is compensated by the hour to support families at any given time of the week. The babysitter duties and trainings are the same as a regular nanny. Babysitters are assigned by the agency to work at various locations including: clients’ home, churches, hotels and big events such as weddings and conferences.

Families are responsible to pay the nanny directly. Nanny wages varies on qualification, education and family needs. Nanny are compensated anywhere from $17-$35 an hour. Parents will pay a one-time placement fees after nanny has been placed with family. The nanny referral agency fee is 10% of nanny’s annual gross income.
